Ginny Erickson is smart and passionate about what she is doing. I really didn’t know what I was looking for. All I told her was that I was looking for something “unique.” It took me a while, but I finally realized that Ginny was reading my reactions to what she was showing me, learning about my preferences by paying close attention to what I was paying attention to, narrowing options rather than wasting my time by throwing everything at me and leaving it at that.
