Guided by people, not property
I believe a home is about so much more than property. It is where life unfolds. Where your memories are made, families grow, and sometimes where a new chapter begins.

So when you decide it is time to sell or move, it is rarely just about square footage or price. It is really about what comes next. My job is to help you navigate that transition and move forward into your next chapter in a way that feels right for you.

How I got here: the accidental
realtor
My path to the peninsula began with a kayaking class. We were learning about tides and currents, paddling around Marrowstone Island, when I felt another, deeper pull. One that said, this is home. A week later, my husband and I made an offer on the fixer upper we live in today.

Becoming a Realtor came from another unexpected pull. A friend needed encouragement to finish her real estate course, so I took the course with her, thinking I was doing her a favor. Years later, after retiring, I found myself drifting, unsure of what was next. Then my husband remembered my real estate license and suggested I put it to work. That was the start of a new chapter for me, helping others navigate their own turning points and find the place that feels like home.
I work
How
I understand that buying or selling a home can feel joyful and nerve wracking at the same time. My goal is to make the process clear and steady. No surprises, no pressure, just honest guidance.

Before real estate, I spent years in corporate marketing at Microsoft, Xbox, and Deloitte. That experience taught me how to manage complexity, think strategically, negotiate skillfully, and communicate clearly when the stakes are high.

My husband and I have also bought and sold multiple homes ourselves. I know firsthand how exhilarating and exhausting it can be. This perspective helps me offer balanced advice and stay grounded when decisions feel heavy.

I work with
Who
Many of my clients are moving through periods of change. They may be relocating to the Olympic Peninsula, downsizing, settling an estate, or beginning a new chapter in communities like Port Ludlow, Port Townsend, or Sequim. They value clear communication, thoughtful preparation, and an agent who moves at their pace. If that sounds like you, we will likely be a great fit.
