I’ll set up a zoom video call at your convenience. Or if you’re in town, we can meet in person. During this session we’ll dive deep into what you really want and need to help define exactly what you are looking for.

If you’re planning on getting a mortgage, I recommend you get pre-qualified. In fact, it’s a good idea to start with this step. When you are pre-qualified, you are ready to act when you see a home that you love.

When you are ready to make an offer, I’ll prepare a quick CMA (Comparative Market Analysis). This will show you what similar homes recently sold for, so you can feel confident making an offer.

When you come here to visit and check out listings in person, I’ll take you on a tour and visit the neighborhoods and properties you are interested in.
