I provide professional staging and photography to show your property at its best. I invest in professional photography and, when needed, I pay for up to two months of staging, sometimes more. So, buyers fall in love with your home before they ever walk through the door.








Staging and professional photography can make a huge difference in whether a home sells quickly or sits on the market. In this case, the homeowner needed to live in her home while it was on the market. Look closely and you’ll see we staged the home using most of her own furniture in the configuration she preferred. The professional photography made it shine.


Videography and Virtual Tours
I create virtual tours of the homes that I list, highlighting what makes them unique or special. These videos appear with your listing on Zillow, Homes.com, and Realtor.com and are promoted on YouTube, facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin.
MLS Posting and Distribution
When I list your home on the Northwest MLS, within minutes, it gets exposure on the largest home search platforms online, including Zillow, Realtor.com, and Homes.com. Together these sites receive more than 180 million visits every month from active buyers.


Flyers & Brochures
Yes, print still matters. That’s why I distribute attractive flyers and brochures for each listing so buyers have something tangible to take with them—and your home stays top of mind.




Social Media Campaigns
As soon as a property is listed, social media posts go out on facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin and I continue to promote your property via multiple channels until your property is sold.
Direct & Email Marketing
To create more awareness and momentum, I use targeted postcards and email marketing to reach both buyers and local agents.

To sell your home faster and for more money, I have invested in Homes.com Boost. This means your listing will appear at the top of the search results when buyers visit the site.
